By accessing or using My Story With Jesus (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You retain ownership of the testimonies, text, images, and other content you submit. By publishing content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and share that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting unlawful, hateful, misleading, or infringing content, attempting to disrupt the service, or accessing areas you are not authorised to use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The Platform, its branding, and its software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Testimonies reflect the personal experiences of their authors and do not represent professional, medical, or spiritual advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
